Necessity breeds tenacity. Or is it ignorance is bliss.?

Either way, in 2014 CFSTK had to relocate from its spiritual home at Inkerman St due to a redevelopment of the block. Thankfully our landlord also owned another space which he  kindly offered to us.

But it was a fully functioning nightclub.  The tenants hadn’t paid rent in a year so our landlord got fed up had locked them out. But it was a nightclub. Full of disco balls, full of booze. Not in any way a gym.

So all we had to do was smash a perfectly good nightclub into a million little pieces and throw out 40 tonnes of building materials and we’d be on our way..

Easy.
