Our timetable runs 7 days a week, giving you the option to focus on a single training methodology or combine classes throughout the week to support strength, performance and overall wellbeing.

Class descriptions

  • The traditional combination of foundational Strength movements (Squat/Press/Pull) plus interval and aerobic training.

  • Constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our CrossFit classes are mix of bodyweight (low skill & high skill), strength movements and Olympic lifting (The Snatch and The Clean & Jerk) and metabolic conditioning.

    The CrossFit methodology has been the gold standard for elite fitness for the past 15 years.

  • These classes are designed for HYROX race preparation or anyone who enjoys this style of training. Programming is built around the specific demands of racing, helping athletes develop the strength, conditioning, movement efficiency, and pacing strategies required to perform well.

    Whether you’re preparing for an event or simply enjoy hybrid training, sessions are structured, scalable, and performance-focused.

  • This class focuses on developing the strength, technique, and confidence required to become proficient in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Sessions also include accessory work such as squatting, pressing, and pulling to support strength development and movement efficiency.

    A strong complement to CrossFit or Strength & Conditioning classes, or a standalone option for those wanting to focus specifically on lifting technique and barbell development

  • Expect a mix of classic CrossFit, strength work, bodyweight movements, conditioning, and odd objects with programming that keeps training varied, engaging, and effective.

    Often built around partner-based formats with purposeful work-to-rest ratios, these classes allow you to push hard, recover well, and enjoy the shared energy of training with others.

  • A weekly program including running drills, speed work, tempo and threshold runs and a long run.
