Before Stance Training, we were CrossFit St Kilda - for 15 years.

Where we came from

CrossFit St Kilda was purchased by Lockie Jeffrey in 2013, after 2 years of training and coaching at CFSK.

Since 2013 the CrossFit St Kilda brand has evolved with the support of his wife Jenna, and the evolution into Stance Training - the home of CrossFit St Kilda.

In the past decade we have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
