What to expect in your intro session:
Start with a quick chat about your background, goals, and any injuries or movement history and tour the space..
Complete the workout of the day: Join the main group for the whiteboard brief, then complete the workout with your own coach while covering any movement fundamentals or CrossFit terminology. Your coach will explain each movement, tailor the workout to your level, and offer extra guidance as needed. It’s just like our regular group sessions only with a bit more one-on-one attention.
